A snowy terrain in the mountains

It was winter and it was the time of year when coldness is spread around everywhere and traveling on the wind. Bears  and other mammals fell asleep till spring leaving prey to be scarce. Small cotton balls reign from the sky slowly falling like a feather and the land covered in a white glittery blanket. A dark figure moved across the land melting the snow in its path leaving a trail of slush, as for the lake ahead was nothing but solid ground trapping the small creatures of the water in place. Ahead was a human lodging where twolegs just wander about but this land was dangerous even for this creature. She was a wolf even so the human lodging was far she stayed away in the distance but what captured her was this nice looking terrain but she thought it would look better if fire consumed the land though. She awaited for a friend so they could commense battle soon but she didnt know if her friend will show up after his practice. This beautiful she-wolf sat their in slush as her body created a aura of heat. This land was a foe to her she did not belong in such a terrain. Her flame was high but a wise wolf once told her that even she could estinguish its flaming fiery, slowing her breathing the heat began to diminish

Traveling back to this winter wonderland. Flare awaited for the arrival of thunder. Sitting their she layed down in the snow in a middle of a field that had no tree's or bushes. Only her black and orange fur stood out. Laying their her flame began to die down turning from red to blue as for her heart rate to slow down slightly. She was warm but she rather relax till her friend came. So awaiting fluffs of snow began to gather on her body.

[King Thunder]

He arrived at the snowy opening surrounded by mountains, it took him a while to get here, due to the snow. But now that Thunder was here, he began searching for Flare, and eventually found her laying in the snow. "Sorry to keep you waiting." He said to her.

Flare re-opened her eyes and melted the snow of her "You ready?" she askes and got up to face him with determination. Soon enough she increased her heartbeat thus the flames on her back turned from blue to orange-red.

[King Thunder]

Thunder stood up straight, letting elecricity flow around his body. "You bet! I won't loose!" With a burst of speed Thunder started off the duel, charging at Flare while lightning jumped around him, the snow reflecting in its light.

Flare held her ground she watched as Thunder inched closer and closer yet she didnt move, she was crouch as for claws retracted out began to turn bright orange before she'll lash out. Her body began nothing but fire as for smoke which formed a thick cloud around her allowing her to make a quick disapear and a clone to take place

[King Thunder]

Thunder ran into the smoke, hitting what he thought to be the real Flare. SInking his teeth deep into the clone's flesh it idmediatly dissaperared and merged with the smoke. He scowled and crouched down low, knowing Flare could be anywhere within the ash filled cloud. Thunder repediatly shot out attacks in various directions, hoping he would hit atleast something around.

Flare lurked well in the thick smoke's cloud. She stalked before leaping out a clawing his side  only to rake her fire ready claws deep in his flesh causing a burn as well before merging back into the smoke's shadows. Her eyes gleamed bright red before she repeated the samw attack but instead his side she swiped his ear before latching her teeth onto his scruff and shaking him a lil though the blasts he shot got it she cringed a bit as she felt the spark of electricity flow painfully. She held her grip and brought the heat up causing the snow to melt as she made a fire that began to spread around them

[King Thunder]

Thunder staggered back as a long scrape formed across his side, it bled out, causing the white snow beneath him turn slowly red. Before long Flare attacked again, this time grabbing hold of his neck. He yelled out in pain, not from the bite, but from the heat around them, however he didn't fall. Growling loudly he arched his neck back to deliver a strong bite to Flare as well, using his powers to cloak his fangs in electricity. She was burning hot, and it felt as if his tongue was on fire. Sqeezing his eyes shut, trying to fight the pain, he flipped Flare over his body, throwing her onto the ground. It was fairly easy to lift her, since Flare had more of a slim bulid. His mouth remained open as he stepped over her, fangs flowing with electricity.

The snow beneath them began to turn to the shade of red as their life essence screamed from their bodies. Feeling thunder's fangs pierce her flesh witha flow of electricity stunned her making her growl lowly in pain. Before flipping over she gazed up at him as his fangs inched closer. She opened her mouth as a burst of fire splurted out like a dragon's breathe. Making contact to leave harsh burns. She got up and raised the heat making not only the snow melt but the area, tree's caught on fire as her raged fed the flames fueling them to exceed to their true potential. Fire a element that destory's but also gives new life. She lunged forward and bite into his neck. Before shaking him once more and flinging him to the side "give up?" she said while she licked her teeth and crouched lowly while her body became nothing but flames instead of a body of flesh. Flare twitched as she felt the electricity continue its. course in her body but she tried to move on even though they both are wounded badly

[King Thunder]

Thunder moved to the side as the flames grazed one side of his face, he threw himself back, and Flare tacked him again. The one side of his face was burning, along with the wide scrape on his side. Thunder knew he probbally looked like chaos about now, with patches of fur missing, as well as burn marks. He would have to get a healer to fix him up later. Thunder layed there under her panting, then eventually caught his breath. "You kidding? This is nothing." He gazed up to her, still trying to act confident, but truthfully he was almost at his limit. Thunder used his reamaining strength to throw Flare off of him, and while Flare was on the ground, Thunder got up onto his hind legs, before slamming back down on al fours, making a shockwave of energy that sent Flare flying into the air. Imediatly after he shot lightning up at her, they wernt as strong due to him using up so much of his power already, but hoped it would cause some kind of paralysis or damage. He collasped onto the snow, still looking up with soulful eyes to see how Flare would manage to land.

Flare tilted her head before Thunder fling her into the air! She smacked her back into a tree before collapsing on the ground she shuddered a lil before trying to get up but thunder sent a total shockwave at her that made her heart beat rapidly before she knew it she was on the ground panting a little. She moved her head up slowly and her red eyes met his as a weak smile came on " I wont give up either... Old friend." she said before releasing opening her mouth with this final attack that uses all her energy she opened her mouth and a bright light seem to disperse from her mouth a serpent of flames came slithering rapidly at thunder before coiling him tightly it was hot but no burns instead this attack was nothing but a body tempature raising attack. It will raise the opponents normal body temp to a temp that a body will normally not handle thus it will have to give in something in order to survive which is usually sweating but in this case breathing. "i win.." she muttered before the serpent has vanished while dropping thunder onto the ground. Flare felt bad in a way... So she crawled towards thunder weakly out of breathe and nudged him softly "battle over.."

[King Thunder]

Thunder landed on the snow with a quiet thud, he panted heavily. From Flare's attack yes, but mostly because he couldn't face the fact he had lost. Thunder got up slowly, his fur slightly covering his eys. "You win....I'm suprised that I lost." Thunder looked up, he was depressed that he's lost, but somehow he knew he would. After all, Flare has alwyas been stronger than him, he was just too stuborn to admit it. "Well, lets get back back to the camp quick, these freaking burns you left sting like a million hornets." Thunder said chuckling at the end of his sentence. Thunder started walking back, saying nothing more. He limped a bit, but wanted no help walking. Instead he helped Flare keep pace, letting her lean against him if she wished too. She was still paralized slightly, and wouldn't be able to walk regurly for anothe few minutes.

Flare would lean on thunder on the way back to camp she only would shudder while limping. "So since i win you owe me whatever u want to give." she said with a small chuckle and soon enough they have left the terrain

Flare ran off towards the territory that connected with the humans terrain before halting once she crossed the border into the forest. Small droplets off blood turned the white pure ground to a unpure shade of red. "damn why did i fall!" she snarl and snapped at the snow angrily before falling down and laying in the snow as more fluffs of snow began to pile on her fur. She was fire but it didnt melt the snow at all. She felt cold inside and sad for some reason. Soon enough in the distance she heard a group of hounds ... "dogs?" she questioned and jumped up only to see a hound run up her trail sniffing her blood in the snow. Its deformed snout would then howl for the rest of group and a man. Flare watched before running off.

The ranks moved closer till they reached the white terrain. Pelts of grey,black, blue, red and white moved across the cold soft slush till reaching the horizon. The sun sanked the moon rised and open their jowls a howl uprised. The strongest of the ranks stood tall as for his eyes a venoumous stare came from those two silver orbs. "Tonight, brother's and sisters we celebrate our new generation of male and females and pups that made it victorious from our training." he spoke in a proud deep voice "But, by the orders of out alpha Drago I would like to appoint Shasta son of Nuka and Valtriss step forward and bow your head to the spirits and your peers as we pronounce you delta of the shaman pack." he said soon enough the small rank meeting roared with howls and barks as the red and white pelt male stepped forward reigning in his achievement under the silver moonlight his pink and white scars shined. Among the crowd was a female with a pelt of black and red yet she watched with her red orbs as this rival from the Shaman games claimed his reward. He only had one eye with a dark red iris. His other eye was taken out of the socket by her own claws before she burnt the remaining tissue shut leaving a nasty scar to take place. But he hid it with a long tuff of fur acting like bangs on his shameful injury. Shasta was his name. And the announcer of this small gathering was Seria. Flare was long ways from home since the snowy terrain was a long venture out in the outlands. She sat there thinking of what her father said to her and she was  thinking if Thunder even wanted her... Or return to his old ways. Her birthday was a full moon away. Silently getting up she'll step away from the small gathering as every one socialized, flirt, sanged during their short small freedom away from their camp. "Father... Thunder... " she whispered then looked back as wolves danced around the fire and some howled tunes sanged back in the homeland.

Seria "Alright my brothers and sisters, feast till your heart is content but be ready for anything." he said and with that he left

Shasta stretched while looking around seeing the female's dance the Kikuwak (dance of the spirits) he'll smile while nodding his head to the tune of beautiful singing and paws stomping the ground in union creating a beat. He walked among the ranks that he fought and trained with since birth. Soon enough he spotted Flare "Flare..." he spoke while approaching her only to see her sit alone "Whats wrong? Why arent you enjoying the small gathering?" he  questioned before his only eye wandered from Flare to some females that passed by. Some typical male habit.

 Flare kept thinking yet she became silent only to hear the chirps of insects and hoots from the birds of night. "Nothing... What do you want?" she snapped

Shasta would growl in frusturation when she snapped at him "I was just wondering." he answered while turning his back "Stop acting so serious and enjoy the celebration before the enemy comes." he spoke

An hour has passed and cyrax came to view over the hill looking down he saw the rank celebrate their freedom and the promotion of shasta to delta. He ran down and saw Flare and Shasta talking till shasta left. Approaching his daughter he'll nudge her lightly "Daughter, enjoy the celebration and stop worrying if your dating Thunder its fine..." he said with a lil tone but it softened. "Now come dance before an enemy happens to spot us and strikes." Cyrax soon enough walked towards the fire in the middle of the celebration and nodded his head to a rythm before pacing forward and back while swinging his tail. Oh if him and seeker danced his home land song.

Flare sighed softly as she saw her breathe become vapor in this cold weather. She tenses before getting up and looking at Shasta walk away, growling lowly she saw her father and bowed in respect "You know?" she questioned with a tint of pink on her cheeks. She hated to be so obvious of it. "Papa, why did you send me to this celebration? I thought it was a mission?" she asked and followed him into the circle where he danced before following his lead yet she wanted an answer but she didnt know if their was something going to happen tonight. All the eyes were on her mostly since she wasnt pure bred shaman. Perhaps... This talk of the so called 'enemy'

Cyrax noticed how Flare was acting and nudged her softly with his nose "Go to your lil brother now." he said seriously he sensed something. "I'll be going as well. Apparently the enemy isnt coming tonight but is observing us closely." he explained while looking at the other ranks than Shasta and gave him a quick nod saying 'keep your eyes peeled and howl for us.' Cyrax than went sprinting off to camp

Flare would hear her father and halt in motion she too felt uneasy here but with not question she sprinted off to find her little brother and watch over him.
